Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns or exchanges. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
If we make any sort of mistake on our end, we will absolutely fix the problem for you, and ship you a new (corrected) item. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this situation. Mistakes do happen, as we are only human, and we will fix any issue that is of our fault.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
"Priceless kids" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
Care instructions
For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design.
What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on?
A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.
Processing time
Current processing times are about 2-3 business days for printed items and 3-5 business days for embroidery items.
Our processing times are always an ESTIMATE. We recommend to order at least 2 WEEKS before your need-by date. If you need it sooner than two weeks, please message us for rush options!
We try our absolute best to get all packages in the mail as quickly as we humanly can (keep in mind we hand made every order to your request).
If there is any issue with item ability we will communicate any delays and available options with you by Etsy messages.
